Information we collect
Information you choose to send us. This website does not have any forms, sign-ups, or accounts, and it does not collect information automatically. The only way we receive information from you is if you choose to contact us — by calling or texting the phone number on the site, or by emailing us. When you do, you may share things like your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the AC or heating problem you need help with. You decide what to send; we only receive what you give us.
Basic technical data, through the services that run the site. Like virtually every website, this site is delivered through a hosting provider and uses a font provider, and those services automatically receive limited technical data when your browser loads a page:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As part of serving the page securely, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address and browser type, and may set limited security cookies (for example, to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots). This is standard infrastructure security, not tracking by us.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the site. When your browser loads the page, it fetches font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser type as part of that request.
We do not control what these providers do with that technical data beyond the purpose of serving the site; each operates under its own privacy practices.
What we do NOT do
To be clear and plain:

(The hosting and font providers described above process only the basic technical data needed to deliver the site — not the personal details you send us by phone or email.)

We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us and limit access to it to what's needed to connect you with a professional. No method of communication or storage is perfectly secure, but we handle your details responsibly and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
